When to apply

  • Application is by invitation only, following submission of a successful Expression of Interest (EOI).
  • Expressions of Interest can be submitted at any time

How to apply

  • Contact the Wyemando Project Officer  as early as possible in the activity development process
  • Plan your activity:
    • Plan the budget and resources required
    • Gain community and other support
    • Gather support material
  • EOIs allow applicants to test a project’s compatibility with Wyemando’s purpose and priorities, prior to investing time in a full application
  • If you are invited to apply, an application form will be sent to you.  Either complete the relevant application form yourself OR discuss your application in depth with the Wyemando Project Officer, who can then draft an application and send it to you for editing/completion and/or signing.
  • Before you submit the completed application, ensure that:
    • each question is answered sufficiently without repeating information from previous questions – please discuss with Wyemando staff if you have concerns about this
    • a detailed and accurate budget has been provided
    • you have read Wyemando’s Standard Grant Conditions and your organisation accepts and is willing to comply with these conditions
    • a person(s) within the organisation who is authorised to sign legal documents on behalf of the organisation has signed the form (generally the chairperson or president of your board or management committee)
    • submitted support material is clearly arranged and labelled

Submitting your application

  • Either as a hard copy or an electronic document
  • A hard copy with original signatures will be required upon approval of funding, if not previously provided
  • Keep a copy for your records

Essential support material

  • Support/agreement letters from individuals/organisation/communities who will either:
    • take part in the project
    • partially fund the project
    • provide general support
  • At least one quotation for budget items over $1000 and at least two quotations for items over $3,000

 Other support material (to be provided if requested)

Wyemando may also request:

  • Your organisation’s most recent annual report
  • Your organisation’s Certificate of Incorporation
  • Your organisation’s Constitution
  • Your organisation’s most recent financial returns
  • Copies of your organisations last two BAS statements or written confirmation from your Organisations’ accountants that all financial reporting is up to date
