After grant approval

Notification of application outcome

Applicants are notified of the outcome:
 

  • For small grants - approximately 3 weeks after receipt of the complete application submission
     

  • For large grants - approximately 6 weeks after receipt of the complete application submission
     

  • Unsuccessful applicants will receive notification within 6 weeks of application submission

Grant offer and acceptance

For small grants, successful applicants:

  • Receive a Letter of Offer

  • Accept the Offer by returning a signed hardcopy of the Letter of Offer and other documents as outlined in our Grant Guidelines

 

For large grants, successful applicants:

  • Receive a Letter of Offer

  • Will be invited to negotiate a mutually agreeable Memorandum of Understanding (MOU)

  • Accept the Offer by returning a signed hardcopy of the MOU and other documents as outlined in our Grant Guidelines

Wyemando Standard Grant Conditions and Acknowledgement Guidelines apply to both grant types.

Payment of Grant

Funds are provided by Electronic Funds Transfer (EFT) within 14 days of receipt of the grant acceptance documents.

Publication on Wyemando's website

Successful applicants and their projects are posted on Wyemando's website. The grant recipient will be consulted about the content of the post.

Reporting

Please refer to Wyemando's Grant Guidelines for details of Wyemando's grant reporting requirements.

Where a project's outcomes include a published resource, Wyemando requires the grant recipient to provide a copy of the published item to Wyemando.
