How to apply

Expression of Interest

Application is by invitation only, following submission of a successful Expression of Interest (EOI).

EOIs allow applicants to test a project's compatibility with Wyemando's purpose and priorities, prior to investing time in a full application.

EOIs can be submitted at any time.

1

Contact the Wyemando Project Officer as early as possible in the activity development process

2

Plan your activity:

  • Plan the budget and resources required

  • Gain community and other support

  • Gather support material

3

Submit an EOI using Wyemando's Expression of Interest form

4

If you are invited to apply, an application form will be emailed to you.

Either complete the relevant application form yourself OR discuss your application in depth with the Wyemando Project Officer, who can then draft an application and send it to you for editing/ completion and/or signing.

5

Before you submit the completed application, ensure that:

  • Each question is answered sufficiently without repeating information from previous questions - please discuss with Wyemando's Project Officer if you have concerns

  • A detailed, accurate budget has been provided

  • You have read Wyemando's Standard Grant Conditions and your organisation accepts and is willing to comply with these conditions

  • The form has been signed by the person in organisation who is authorised to sign legal documents on behalf of the organisation (generally the chairperson or president of your board or management committee)

  • Submitted support materials are clearly arranged and labelled
